Cancellation policy
The short version: cancel or move a class up to 24 hours before it starts and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the class is charged. If your coach cancels or doesn't show, you're always refunded in full.
1.Cancelling as a student
You can cancel any booked class from My classes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start time are refunded in full to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full, because your coach reserved that hour for you.
2.Rescheduling
Rescheduling follows the same 24-hour rule: move a class freely up to 24 hours before it starts, picking any open slot on your coach's calendar. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is at your coach's discretion. Message them in Messages.
3.Coach cancellations and no-shows
If your coach cancels at any time, or doesn't join the classroom within 10 minutes of the start, the class is refunded in full automatically. Repeated no-shows lead to the coach's profile being suspended from the directory.
4.How refunds are paid
Refunds always go back to the card you paid with. Amounts are frozen at the moment of booking, so currency changes never affect what you get back.
